“Confectionery industry. Market trends – 2021”

Julia Kononenko, the RnD technologist at UKROLIYA, was a speaker at the conference “Confectionery industry. Market trends – 2021”, which was held on September 9 in Kyiv. An interesting speech by Julia about functional solutions for confectionery from UKROLIYA Company was a good addition to the main thematic vector of the event. This was about global trends in the confectionery industry, the modern technology of production and packaging of products, quality control, as well as the growing demand for confectionery products for healthy eating, and the associated emergence of new market niches. The last topic was particularly important and motivating for our company. After all, healthy oils from UKROLIYA create new opportunities for Ukrainian confectioners in the growing segment of “healthy and wholesome food for a better quality of life”: both at the level of products and full-fledged business directions.
