Main methods of processing
Traditional sunflower oil
In the production of unrefined sunflower oil, the technology of cold pressing is applied. This is the first spin oil, a natural product that can not be chemically processed in the manufacturing process. This method prevents the formation of thermal oxidation products and decomposition, preserving useful vitamins A and E in oil, polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid (omega-6).
High-oleic oil provides balanced content of omega-3, omega-6, omega-9 and natural antioxidants, therefore the use of high-oleic sunflower oil for the preparation of different dishes can significantly increase their beneficial properties. The main value and advantageous difference from other vegetable oils is high content (more than 75%) of oleic acid, which has a positive effect on human health.
