On October 5 in Kiev a regular meeting of the High-Oleic Club took place. The club unites all the participants in the production of sunflower oil with high content of oleic acid such as agricultural producers, distributors, processors and buyers of finished products.
According to the organizers of the Club, the production of high-oleic oil is a “blue ocean” for Ukrainian farmers who, having considerable experience in growing traditional sunflower, may benefit from market trends of increasing consumption of healthy vegetable oils in the world, including high-oleic sunflower oil.
“UKROLIYA” acted as a partner of the event and organized a degustation of organic high-oleic oil Garna Organica, during which the “Syngenta” global oil manager Luis Carlos Alonso spoke about how to properly taste the oil to feel the brightness of her taste.
