From November 7 to 9, “UKROLIA” was participating in the HoReCaSHOW Lviv Hospitality and Restaurant Festival as an exhibitor and official partner.
Chefs and technologists during the tastings held at the EFFO stand could taste the deep-fried dishes, evaluate the organoleptic qualities of ready-made food, learn about high-oleic oil and current trends in the market. The new knowledge will help the chef consciously and professionally choose the oil tocook their favourite foods for health benefits.
The format of the event involves conducting an international chef contest, a bar show, a fair of farm products, equipment exhibitions, street food fest, a fair of vacancies and dozens of master classes and workshops on the same site.
The festival gathers the best representatives of the hospitality industry to share experiences, learn about new technologies, search for potential partners, define the principles and values of new Ukrainian cuisine.
